Follow these step-by-step instructions to export your raw DNA file from your testing provider. Once downloaded, you can upload it to DNA Health Insights for analysis.

Export your raw DNA data from 23andMe's account settings.
Step-by-step instructions

Sign in to your 23andMe account at 23andme.com

Click on your profile name in the top right, then select 'Browse Raw Data'

Scroll down and click 'Download' under the 'Download Raw Data' section

Confirm your password when prompted

Your file will be prepared and you'll receive an email when ready
- 6
Return to this page and download your .txt file

- •The download may take a few minutes to prepare
- •Check your spam folder if you don't see the email
- •Keep your downloaded file secure - it contains your genetic information

Your data stays private
Your raw DNA file is processed entirely in your browser. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to store it. We cannot access your genetic data without your permission.
